Following the passing of our dear Christian Science Teacher and friend, Hazel Joynes C.S.B., the Association of her students decided to continue this website both for their own purposes and for the many people who were helped and healed through Hazel’s prayers.

… God puts the riches of His love into the understanding and affections, giving us strength according to our day.
— S&H 5:16-18, Mary Baker Eddy
In pondering eternal Life, Hazel said that we all need to ‘love and cherish the fact of our immortality.’

Hazel spent many years helping people as a Christian Science practitioner of Mind-healing through prayer. In her general introduction to this web site, she said in essence, “All of life's problems, such as those related to health, supply, relationships and business, can be healed spiritually through prayer. Healing takes place through the power of prayer on behalf of the patient.

Fundamental to the practice of Mind-healing are the teachings of Christian Science. The textbooks that Christian Science practitioners use with their patients are the Bible and Mary Baker Eddy’s Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, which interprets the Bible. Christian Science fully explains God's love for all of His creation, as taught in the inspired teachings of the Bible, particularly Jesus' healing ministry in the New Testament.

Hazel expressed, Christian Science is God’s universal law of good applicable to everyone, everywhere. Its teachings lead the seeker to understand God’s laws and their instant availability to meet every need.

On this public portion of this website, you will also find published articles and talks, presentations by Hazel, quotations that inspired Hazel, and helpful information on Primary Class instruction.
